Canard by ITE System Demonstration at BH Airport

On November 13th and 14th, the Canard by ITE System demonstration event for Inspection of Air Navigation Aid Equipment for Airports with Drones took place at BH Airport.

According to our schedule, there were two days of great learning and information exchange. In the late afternoon of Wednesday, the 13th, presentations were made by the participants and a theoretical explanation of the Canard by ITE System was given. In the early hours of Thursday, the 14th, at 3 am, a practical demonstration of Inspection of the angles of the PAPI System boxes using the Canard Company solution was given. After the inspection on the runway, we returned to the meeting room, where we had a coffee break and then the results of the measurements and final exchanges were delivered to close the event.

I believe that during these two days it was possible to clarify doubts regarding the use of drones for inspections at Airports, but also to explain a little more about the solution developed by Canard.

This event was attended by the teams from GEIV, ANAC, Metrol and Facilit Air, as well as the concessionaires: BH AIRPORT, INFRAERO, CCR, SOCICAM and FRAPORT.
